Dr. André Anda

Research Officer

PhD Chemistry, University of Copenhagen (2017)
MSc Physics and Nanotechnology, Technical University of Denmark (2014)
BSc Nanotechnology, University of Bergen (2012)

Research themes:
Control of Excitons
Excitonic Systems for Solar Energy Conversion

Anda’s research focuses on the theory and modelling of ultrafast optical spectroscopies, in particular two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy, and draws from quantum chemistry calculations and open-quantum systems theory to simulate real experiments. In addition to unravelling the physics using simulations to bridge experiment and theory, he aims to discover new ways of controlling excitons using light-matter interactions.
