Dr Igor Lyskov

Research Fellow in Theory and Modelling

PhD Natural Science, University of Dusseldorf (2016)
MSc Physics, Novosibirsk State University (2012)

Research interests:
Excitons in nanoscale systems
Ultrafast excited-state dynamics
Low-cost methods for quantum chemistry

Using top-notch computational methods Igor will contribute with a fully quantal description of light-induced processes in molecular systems and their aggregates such as singlet fission, triplet-triplet upconversion, exciton migration and diffusion. He aims to understand a pivotal role of intra- and intermolecular interactions for design of novel organic materials to be utilized in light-harvesting devices.
