Lara’s research employs electron spin resonance techniques to study the spin-dependent processes inherent in the operation of organic photovoltaic devices. Improved understandings of these processes is beneficial for the identification of organic photovoltaic materials which preference spin-states favourable to higher power conversion efficiencies.

Qualifications: BSc (Advanced), Honours Class 1 Physics, University of New South Wales (2017)

Research Theme: Excitonic Systems for Solar Energy Conversion
