Bradley is a materials chemist with broad experience in the synthesis, characterisation and functionalisation of both structural and light-harvesting nanomaterials for energy conversion applications. She is an experienced transmission electron microscopist and she will leverage her experience with nanomaterials and polymer synthesis with the existing expertise of the ultrafast and microspectroscopy laboratories at the University of Melbourne to design and synthesise light-harvesting systems and elucidate their underlying photophysical processes.
