Title of PhD: Fabrication of cellulose based materials and its application in electrical fields
Supervisor: Paul Mulvaney
Yue is a visiting postgraduate student at the University of Melbourne currently undertaking a PhD with Professor Paul Mulvaney. Her research aims to fabricate and characterize advanced cellulose based materials. With different modification, those materials could applied as substrate of QDs solar cell, LEDs and biosensors, as well as Luminescent Solar Concentrators. Yue hopes to create multiply novel fabricating method to fulfil the demand of advanced solar-electrical device with simple cellulose materials.
Qualifications: BSc, Wuhan University, China (2013)
Research theme: Fabrication of hydrogels as the trigger of the optical changes of the Au nanoparticles
